Experience
For the past 8 years, I have been running Josper training courses across Europe. I trained chefs of all levels in restaurants and groups such as: La Grande Maison in Bordeaux (Joel Robuchon), Le Jardin Du Martinez in Cannes and Dakota Brasserie in Romania among others.
Course
I provide a comprehensive training for the full lowdown on charcoal grilling. The 8-hour session, led by me, will offer a unique insight into using a Josper Grill and how this can be used to create a distinguished and memorable menu.
Training
In this course, I will demonstrate the versatility of charcoal cooking and how it can be used to not only cook robust meats to perfection but also achieve exceptional flavours and textures to a whole host of other ingredients. The aim is to equip your teams with the knowledge and confidence to create a unique culinary experience.
Tasting menu
A tasting menu’, including meat, fish and vegetable dishes, along with delicious sides will be provided,. All designed to demonstrate and showcase the added dimension of flavour and texture that Josper cooking can achieve.
Place
The training is for chefs, restaurant owners and private households looking to understand more about this increasingly popular way of cooking. The course will take place at your premises to facilitate team logistics and conduct the training in the space that your team is used to.
